IPUS is a specialist in industrial services and in the development, production and sales of innovative mineral compounds for environmental-technical applications and agriculture. These mineral compouds are called migulators and are characterized by high porosity, high adsorption and cation exchange capacities and are able to regulate biological processes. Our core products include IPUS meth-max, which enables the optimisation of the biological process of biogas production by supporting and protecting the biogas bacteria. For monitoring of the biogas process, but as well for animal manure, we offer the service IPUS Nanobag liquid manure rapid analysis: For the first time, with this analysis it is possible to analyse the characteristics of digested residue and liquid manure rapidly (result 2-3 days after mailing of samples), at low price with reliable results. IPUS agro, our solution for the agricultural circle economy, has various advantages for farmers, increasing performance of animal production, stable sanitation, liquid manure treatment and the improvement of soil quality as well as the efficacy of fertilizers by slow release of nutrients.

IPUS Nanobag Analysis for manure/digested residues
The IPUS Nanobag rapid analysis of digested residues and manure halve the required time and costs. All relevant process parameters of biogas manure and nutrients from manure for fast optimization are provided.

The patented IPUS Nanobag rapid analysis delivers all important informations on chatacteristics of the anaerobic digestion process of the biogas plant, in timely and reliable manner. In a sample of digested residue or manure the pH value, total nitrogen, ammonium, volatile fatty acids as well as the nutrients K, P, Ca, Mg and even urea (from manure) are determined. The odor-free and stabilized sample can be sent simply by post, the report is ready after 2-3 working days.

IPUS meth-max is a biogas additive to increase the economic value, safety and stability of the anaerobic digestion for biogas production.

Migulators are mineral bioregulators. They stabilize, boost and regulate biological and chemical processes. That is why they are responsible for increases in performance and quality in various application fields.
IPUSmeth-max is a product on basis of a special nanoporous natural mineral with high porosity and adsorption power. Biogas bacteria colonize the huge surface of the migulators and improve within the protected microenvironment their gas production. This leads to higher process stability, efficient digestion and economic benefit. The digestion residue has less emissions and higher soil compatibility.

IPUS Emission Inhibitor is produced on basis of a natural mineral, therefore ist is resistant to chemicals and high temperatures.
