Green Tech Radar & Webinar: Green Value Creation & Capturing

There are various approaches to ensuring that sustainable business models are also economically viable. Information on this can be found in the new Radar and the webinar with Prof. Wecht from BMI Lab St. Gallen.

Sustainable business models do not arise in isolation; they are the result of interconnected considerations that reconcile economic logic with social responsibility and ecological sustainability. Five types of business models are distinguished (green, circular, classic, collaborative, digital). The individual elements can act indirectly as enablers or directly as revenue drivers. The market potential and ease of implementation are assessed on the basis of expertise and case studies. The current Green Tech Radar supports the practical implementation of this project, highlights framework conditions, and presents best practice examples.

The Green Tech Radar was developed and implemented by Leonie Schäfer & Christoph Wecht, BMI.Lab (St. Gallen), in collaboration with the Green Tech Valley Cluster.
