We are looking for a Division and Project Procurement Manager (m/f/d) for our Location in Vienna or Weiz.
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong project experience in plant engineering (Anlagenbau) and complex capital projects.
- Six Sigma Green-/Blackbelt beneficial.
- Several years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in an international industrial environment.
- Expertise in demand planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier management.
- Strategic thinking and ability to align supply chain with business objectives.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent English skills; German and additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in SAP and common SCM tools.
- Willingness to travel (40%).
YOUR TASKS
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies for complex capital projects and divisional portfolios.
- Ensure material availability and on-time delivery across all project phases.
- Manage supplier relationships and risk throughout the supply chain.
- Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and global SCM structures.
- Drive strategic sourcing, bundling initiatives, and continuous improvement.
- Implement ESG requirements and ensure compliance within the supply chain.
- Oversee contract negotiations and claim management in coordination with Legal and project teams.
- Drive digitalization and automation across supply chain processes.
- Promote harmonization of supply chain processes across divisions and projects.
- Benchmark supply chain performance against global standards.
- Support the development of resilient and agile supply networks.
- Act as interface between the procurement department and the division.
OUR OFFER
We are legally obliged to state the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position, which is gross € 4.472,11 per month. However, we offer a market-based salary depending on qualifications and professional experience.
