In billing for heating and water costs, we attach great importance to precision and accuracy – throughout all process steps. Internal plausibility routines also ensure that only correct, verified and comprehensible data is included in the heating and water cost statements we prepare. The layout of our statements is strongly influenced by the aspect of traceability. All billing procedures are presented step by step, in an easy-to-understand and visually appealing manner.
In accordance with § 11 ff of the Heating Act (Heiz-KG), we bill heating and hot water costs according to consumption on the basis of the readings from the heat meters and hot water meters. The basis for the legally compliant cost allocation is the annual data on heating and hot water costs collected by the responsible property management and provided to us on a separate form. In addition, there is information about the heating and hot water prepayments (Akontis) paid by the flat owners or tenants.
Convenient, wireless, unobtrusive. What applies to internet access everywhere and at all times is increasingly becoming the standard for determining heat energy and water consumption data. The innovative REDAC metering system networks all consumption recording devices by radio. It is no longer necessary to enter the flat to read the values.
REDAC collects both heat energy and water consumption data. By integrating heat cost allocators, heat meters and water meters, only one radio system needs to be installed (see illustration above). The installation of the REDAC radio system is simple and straightforward, as the complete system – consisting of consumption meters and DACOS data collectors – is powered by batteries and no mains connection is required. With REDAC, manual readings, reading errors and consumption estimates in flats that are difficult to access are a thing of the past. This means that if there is a change of tenant or owner, billing can be carried out on a daily basis.
We operate, maintain, look after and monitor central heating systems and provide the following individual services:
Commissioning and venting at the beginning of the heating period or after shutdowns
Decommissioning at the end of the heating period
Setting and changing normal operating times for heating operation
Setting and changing of temperature reductions during the night hours
Changing the flow temperature or the heating curve
periodically checking the functionality of the system components
Arrangement of repair and maintenance work
Control and acceptance of professional work on the occasion of repair and maintenance work
Entry into the heat centre for chimney sweeps as well as for repair and maintenance services
Periodically checking the water level in the heating system and refilling it
Repair/spare parts service
In the course of preventive maintenance of heating centres, the most important parts of the system are inspected once a year, the necessary flue gas measurements are carried out for gas and oil boilers, and the safety equipment in the heating centre is checked.
Faults are rectified either by the service staff of Messtechnik, at the request of the owners or tenants of the utilisation units, or by an alarm or a deviating setpoint at the control or central point of our HECOS remote monitoring and energy controlling system. Any faults are remedied by Messtechnik both in the area of the central heating system and in the individual units.
