KWB Pelletfire Plus pellet heating system 45 - 135 kW
The robust pellet heating System for economical heatings - CFD-optimised silicon-carbide combustion chamber - Clean combustion Crawler burner
The robust and economical pellet boiler The KWB Pelletfire Plus pellet boiler is the ideal central heating for commercial buildings, housing developers and heat providers or heat contractors. It can be utilized in multi-boiler installations (cascades) and also be placed back to back to save space. In the output range of 45 - 135 kW, it is also used in multi-family houses and hotel facilities. Safe and efficient heating In the heat contracting business, operational reliability and calculable costs are decisive. For this reason, the KWB Pelletfire Plus pellet boiler has a burner system that is based on power-station technology. At its core is the KWB crawler burner which is manufactured according to industry standards. Made of high-alloy and self-cleaning cast grate elements, it functions like a type of “conveyor belt” for fuel. The fuel is always burned in a highly efficient and economical manner because, due to its continuous operation, the grate of the KWB crawler burner is able to automatically adjust to the output requirements. The ash does not contain any unburned residues, no fuel is wasted. The boiler detects how much fuel is needed and when. If there is no demand, it will not continue heating. Easy ash removal The optional two-part ash box, which can be easily unlocked and pulled out with its carrying handles, ensures even more convenience thanks to its integrated fill level monitoring. This makes it even easier to empty the individual ash containers because they are lighter. Thanks to the clean combustion and low fuel consumption, the ash box does not need to be emptied more than once every one to three months, depending on boiler size. No cleaning required between service intervals Because the KWB Pelletfire Plus pellet boiler is 100% self-cleaning during operation, your home stays warm. Even the heat exchanger cleans itself and removes its own ash. It also has special shaped turbulators to ensure that maximized heating energy is transferred from the exhaust to the heating system without compromising efficiency. Easy and flexible control The KWB Pelletfire Plus pellet boiler is equipped with the KWB Comfort 4 control system with the tried and tested dial and touchscreen display. This control system can be expanded in various ways. It is, for example, possible to activate different control units in the living quarters or operate additional heating circuits. An intelligent boiler master-and-slave circuit guarantees highly efficient operation thanks to the output modulation of multi-boiler systems based on actual demand. The free-of-charge KWB Comfort Online platform enables remote control and maintenance of the individual boilers! This is optionally also possible for the entire cascade. cleanEfficiency technology The KWB Pelletfire Plus pellet boiler comes with the cleanEfficiency label. This label stands for the lowest emission values, highest efficiency and economy, and the perfect interplay between construction and control elements.

KWB Classicfire log wood heating system 18 - 38 kW
Reliable and traditional heating - Largest fill area in its class: 185 l - Lowest emissions - Can be easily extended with a pellet module
The traditional wood-gasifier boiler The KWB Classicfire log wood boiler is the ideal central heating system for agricultural and forestry businesses, as well as single- and multi-family house owners that own a forest or have access to wood. It is available in the output range of between 18 and 38 kW and scores points particularly due to its convenient operation. Convenient and efficient heating It is, for example, possible to easily fill the KWB Classicfire log wood heating system the traditional way with wood logs of up to half a meter length. The large-sized front door ensures a high comfort level during stoking. Thanks to the 185-litre fuel fill room, the boiler generally only needs to be stoked once a day to heat an average single-family house for a whole day. Here, constant stoking is a thing of the past. Easy and flexible operation The KWB Classicfire can be operated using the Comfort 4 control system via the colour touchscreen display or alternatively via a dial. The use of the dial is particularly recommended when operating the control with work gloves, right after stoking the boiler with wood. But the intelligent control system makes heating even easier. The Comfort 4 system indicates, for example, how much wood you should refill for optimal operation. The control is also set up for the use of KWB Comfort Online. Using this platform, the boiler can be easily controlled and maintained remotely via smartphone, tablet or PC. Easily upgrade to a combi-heating system The KWB Classicfire log wood boiler can be easily upgraded with a pellet module that is installed on its left side. Upon request, a log wood heating system can thus be turned into the KWB Combifire combination heating system for log wood and pellets. The central heating’s ability to switch between the two fuels is fully automated. If the log wood is running out, the boiler simply switches to heating with pellets.

KWB Combifire log-wood and pellet heating system 18 - 38 kW
Flexible and safe heating - 40.000 times tested and proven combustion system with a cast underfeed burner - Convenient emptying of ash into a dedicated container - Clean combustion with two independent combustion systems sharing 1 heat exchanger
Log wood-pellet combi-boiler The KWB Combifire log wood-pellet combination boiler is ideal for all those who like the manual heating process, but do not want to forego the convenience of an automatic pellet heating system. In the output range of 18 – 38 kW, the central heating reliably supplies single- and multi-family houses and agricultural companies with heat. Full independence With the KWB Combifire log wood-pellet combination boiler you can heat either the traditional way – once a day with log wood – or fully automatically and conveniently with pellets. The pellet and the log wood combustion rooms are separate from each other as each fuel has different combustion room requirements to ensure truly efficient combustion. Furthermore, the heating system reacts intelligently. If no log wood is added, it automatically switches to pellet operation. This way, you can travel for longer periods and still have a continuously warm house. Easy ash removal With the KWB Combifire, there is no need to empty the ash container every day as it used to be in the past. Only very little ash remains because the boiler has such a clean and efficient combustion process. The ash tray, which can be hooked in under the log wood boiler, only needs emptying approximately once every 10 days. The wheelable ash bin of the pellet module, on the other hand, only needs emptying once or twice a year. Safe heating – remotely The KWB Comfort Online platform provides added convenience and operational reliability. Using this platform, the boiler can be easily controlled and maintained remotely via smartphone, tablet or PC. Check up on your heating’s operating status, control heating times and temperatures, and receive notifications and status change via SMS or email. After a holiday trip, you can switch on your boiler’s ignition while on your way home, and when you arrive, your home is already warm and cosy. If desired, you can also provide temporary access to your heating system to third parties, e.g. your heating installer or KWB customer service.
