Our innovative bio-process was developed to utilize CO2 and produce sustainable proteins. Our special microorganisms grow in a highly efficient gas fermentation process and finally form a biomass consisting of up to 80% high quality proteins. These can be processed for various purposes. Applications are animal feed, human food or technical proteins. In the first step we focus on animal feed, because this goal can be achieved the fastest and requires less steps in the preparation. We want to define a process that not only contributes to sustainability, but also makes a relevant contribution economically. Our goal is to start where the most CO2 is released and that is directly at large industrial plants. The CO2 would go from the industrial plant directly to the Econutri plant. This gives the industrial plant the direct opportunity to reduce its CO2 emissions.
