PolyDecypher FlexCo is an Austrian deep-tech startup that bridges polymer science and data science. Our mission is to unlock the hidden value of industrial material data and enable a more sustainable, efficient and digital plastics industry. Through our proprietary DataFusion technology and the PolyCore platform, we transform standard quality-control data such as FTIR, DSC, MFR, rheological and mechanical testing results into scientifically validated prediction models. These models provide insights into material performance, ageing behaviour, long-term durability and quality risks without requiring additional costly and time-consuming testing. Unlike generic AI platforms, PolyDecypher is specifically designed for polymer applications and delivers reliable results even from small and heterogeneous datasets.
