MENTORING - SPARRING - CONSULTING - INTERIM For more than 30 years, the Senior Experts have been advising, providing ideas, actively supporting processes and projects and making professional contacts and networks available. As mentors for company founders, as sparring partners for entrepreneurs and as business coaches for managers, they provide solution-oriented help with “know-how-to-do”. As project or interim managers, they also contribute their management experience in more than 20 languages to operational areas. In addition to their professional expertise, the members are characterized by reliability, openness and composure. As an association, maximizing profits is not the top priority for ASEP. For this reason, the fees are calculated very fairly and are to be understood as compensation for the experts for their commitment. Regardless of whether they are fully employed or retired, in order to be accepted into the pool of Austrian Senior Experts, each expert must fulfill certain requirements and qualifications. The quality of their work is regularly evaluated. Austrian Senior Experts Pool is a member of the Confederation of European Senior Expert Services (CESES) based in Brussels. This also opens up options for transnational cooperation for our clients. We are in active contact with our colleagues in neighboring countries. Our clients can also benefit from these contacts and networks.
