This year’s 34th Leoben-Conference on Polymer Engineering and Science marks the golden anniversary of the Verband Leobner Kunststofftechniker VLK – 50 years of connecting people and advancing polymer science. Hosted by the Department Polymer Engineering and Science at Montanuniversität Leoben, the Polymer Competence Center Leoben GmbH (PCCL), and the Verband Leobner Kunststofftechniker VLK, the conference takes place on November 5th and 6th 2026 at the Montanuniversität Leoben. From high‑performance sports applications and circular sustainability to mobility & energy and electronics & digitization, LKK maps the full innovation arc – materials, processes, and smart systems. Expect bold keynotes led by industry leaders – many of them Polymer Engineering and Science Leoben alumni – showcasing how research becomes products, and products set new standards.
