It combines ventilation, heating, economical cooling, hall air purification, heat recovery and more into a complete modular system. Instead of numerous individual solutions, everything can be implemented in one system. Multiple investments for individual systems are avoided. You benefit from synergies through a coordinated overall system. Operating costs are significantly reduced and CO2 emissions are cut by up to 95%... Up to 95% of CO2 emissions are reduced in the overall system. This is made possible by special coordination of all components in the overall system and by innovative, sustainable technologies. In particular, the innovative cooling system from Smart Hall Cooling, which provides powerful and climate-friendly cooling, supports the sustainable character of the overall system. In addition, the hall air quality is improved, as large quantities of clean, fresh and filtered outside air are brought in compared to conventional systems. At the same time, the use of efficient filter systems saves up to 100% of the usual ventilation heat losses. Heating requirements are reduced by up to 40% in winter, through intelligent use and distribution of waste heat. Optimum conditions for man and machine 365 days a year. Combined with the most advanced hall cooling system, particularly high performance values and exceptional air quality are achieved. Up to 7°C lower supply air temperatures can be provided compared to conventional units. Clean filtered air is provided even for the most difficult requirements. Modular design also allows systems to be implemented for particularly large performance requirements. Up to 80% less cooling costs enable economic solutions in a new dimension. This makes hall cooling systems for stable production conditions interesting for many applications for the first time . The advantages are clear: minimization of machine failures and rejects, improvement of production tolerances and number of defects. At the same time, heating costs are reduced by up to 40%, even in winter, through optimal use of waste heat. Ventilation heat losses are also saved up to 100%.
