Plants using activated sludge processes, but also chemical-physical technologies for the purification of municipal wastewater, landfill leachate, industrial wastewater in the field of electroplating, beverage filling, biodiesel production and at dairy companies were planned, supported in operation and optimized.
In particular, EnviCare® has been involved in the development, implementation and continuous further development of membrane-based cleaning systems since 1992.

Since 1992 EnviCare® Engineering GmbH has consistently expanded its pool of experience in the area of membrane separation technology. The planning and subsequent approval procedures, the process assurance and development on a laboratory and pilot scale, often involving leading technical universities and, ultimately, most importantly, the implementation on a large technical scale, ensures that the client is optimally advised today.
Areas of application are ultrafiltration with membrane bioreactors, reverse osmosis for water and wastewater treatment and gas permeation membranes for use in gas treatment and membrane distillation.
Independent of the manufacturer, specially selected hollow fibre, plate and spiral wound module configurations from well-known international membrane manufacturers are used depending on the application.

Biogas - Biomethane - Green Hydrogen
Biogas, biomethane and green hydrogen represent valuable renewable energy sources. EnviCare® has valuable and decades of experience in the area of planning, optimization and operational management from numerous projects.

EnviCare® Engineering GmbH has been working on the development and implementation of anaerobic processes for the production of biogas for years. The further gas processing bircomprises the extensive removal of carbon dioxide, water and hydrogen sulphide, as well as conditioning and compression.
The next step, which has become more and more important in recent years, is methanation, which is the synthesis of biomethane from the carbon dioxide present in the biogas.
The production of green hydrogen by electrolysis presents many challenges, such as meeting the necessary safety requirements.
EnviCare® supports you from planning to implementation and operational management of the plants.

Waste management

Thanks to decades of activity in the planning and operational monitoring of numerous landfill and waste treatment plants, EnviCare® Engineering GmbH has the necessary specialist knowledge to design plants efficiently and ecologically.
We concentrate exclusively on issues relating to plant construction, such as waste handling, waste water and exhaust air treatment, gas capture and safe reuse, safety technology and aspects of employee protection.
In the field of sludge treatment, EnviCare® Engineering GmbH has meanwhile gained extensive experience with sludge fermentation, thickening, drying, recycling, composting and incineration.
In the implementation and support of plants in waste technology, extensive technical principles must be applied. Concepts for material storage, technical rules for hazardous material storage and handling, fire protection regulations, explosion protection rules and the requirements for exhaust air and wastewater emissions must be observed.
