In Ihrer Rolle als Leiter der Zahlungsoperationen sind Sie verantwortlich f\u00fcr die Implementierung, Wartung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) in Ihrer Funktion. Sie f\u00fchren und managen das Zahlungs-Team innerhalb der Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) End-to-End-Prozesse, wobei Sie stabile Abl\u00e4ufe, hohe Leistung und vollst\u00e4ndige Compliance mit internen Kontrollen und externen Anforderungen sicherstellen.<\/p>\n

Sie \u00fcberwachen die t\u00e4glichen Zahlungsoperationen und bieten Entscheidungsunterst\u00fctzung, w\u00e4hrend Sie als prim\u00e4rer Eskalationspunkt f\u00fcr betriebliche, kontrolltechnische und interessierte Themen fungieren. Dar\u00fcber hinaus arbeiten Sie eng mit regionalen und globalen Stakeholdern zusammen, um betriebliche Probleme zu l\u00f6sen und Zahlungsprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.<\/p>\n

**Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten:**
\n– Gesamtverantwortung f\u00fcr die Zahlungsoperationen, einschlie\u00dflich Zahlungsabwicklung, Ausnahmebehandlung, Risikomanagement und Servicebereitstellung.
\n– F\u00fchren, Entwickeln und Coaching des Zahlungsteams.
\n– \u00dcbernahme der Prozessgovernance und der internen Kontrollmechanismen f\u00fcr die Zahlungen.
\n– F\u00f6rderung der operationalen Exzellenz und Transformation, einschlie\u00dflich Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung.<\/p>\n

**Was Sie mitbringen:**
\n– Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder gleichwertige Erfahrungen im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder Betriebswirtschaft.
\n– Umfangreiche Erfahrungen in Zahlungsprozessen und Finanzoperationen.
\n– Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (FI, AP) und Kenntnisse im Bereich Bankverbindungen sind w\u00fcnschenswert.
