With our innovative solutions in the field of future engineering technologies, we are leading the way to secure the success of our customers in key industries of tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a <strong>Division and Project Procurement Manager (m\/f\/d)<\/strong> for our Location in <strong>Vienna<\/strong> or <strong>Weiz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>YOUR PROFILE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Strong project experience in plant engineering (Anlagenbau) and complex capital projects.<\/li>\n<li>Six Sigma Green-\/Blackbelt beneficial.<\/li>\n<li>Several years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in an international industrial environment.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in demand planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier management.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinking and ability to align supply chain with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation and contract management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English skills; German and additional languages are an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in SAP and common SCM tools.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel (40%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>YOUR TASKS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies for complex capital projects and divisional portfolios.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure material availability and on-time delivery across all project phases.<\/li>\n<li>Manage supplier relationships and risk throughout the supply chain.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and global SCM structures.<\/li>\n<li>Drive strategic sourcing, bundling initiatives, and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Implement ESG requirements and ensure compliance within the supply chain.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee contract negotiations and claim management in coordination with Legal and project teams.<\/li>\n<li>Drive digitalization and automation across supply chain processes.<\/li>\n<li>Promote harmonization of supply chain processes across divisions and projects.<\/li>\n<li>Benchmark supply chain performance against global standards.<\/li>\n<li>Support the development of resilient and agile supply networks.<\/li>\n<li>Act as interface between the procurement department and the division.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OUR OFFER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are legally obliged to state the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position, which is gross \u20ac 4.472,11 per month.
