It might not be in this lifetime! It is often in the next life that good karma first becomes apparent. Take materials: thanks to modern recycling technology they are given a new lease of life. An old coffee pot becomes a water turbine, or a discarded refrigerator is turned back into purified raw materials. Such positive change has also been reflected in the steel industry. As an energy-intensive sector it has taken new leaps forward to make steel production greener.

Good karma is something that Green Tech Valley appears to radiate: As more and more international corporations have relocated to this innovation hotspot. This is not just because of the ideal conditions for research but also because of the wealth of “green talent” and the living collaborative spirit that generates more success.
