Cluster-Structure
The Green Tech Cluster Styria GmbH is a Public Private Partnership and is owned by the Steirische Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft mbH (SFG), Land Steiermark, Abteilung 14 – Referat Abfallwirtschaft u. Nachhaltigkeit, Stadt Graz, Abteilung für Wirtschafts- und Tourismusentwicklung, Binder+Co AG, e² engineering GmbH, SFL technologies GmbH and KWB Kraft und Wärme aus Biomasse GmbH. Some 180 organizations are partners in the Green Tech Cluster. The current cluster partner companies can be found here.
It is financed by contributions of the cluster partners, project revenues and fundings of the proprietors and the European Union.
Shareholders’ Committee
The Shareholders’ Committee comprises representatives of the proprietors and the funding bodies and passes resolutions regarding the strategy, operational implementation and budget.

Strategy Team
The strategy team consists of around 20 representatives from research, business and management and forms the basis for annual planning and cluster activities.
